The Fill Alpine Nativity is a traditional Heimatkrippe, crafted with great care and attention to detail. The nativity figures are carved from mountain maple wood and reflect everyday rural life and work in the Alps through their traditional clothing and accessories.
Typical animals such as sheep and goats accompany the scene, while architectural elements might include farmhouses with balconies, waterwheels, or wood-fired ovens – all reminiscent of alpine craftsmanship. The backdrop often features snow-covered mountains and forests, creating a peaceful and authentic alpine atmosphere.
